Insurance Benefits

We will bill your health insurance company directly; however, you are responsible for co-pays and deductibles. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the beginning of each session. We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and HSA/Flex cards. One or more of our therapists are ‘in-network’ or preferred providers with the insurance companies listed.

Cancellation
Policy

24-hour cancelation notice is required to avoid incurring a late cancelation charge. Missed appointments without prior notice are considered a “no show” and maybe billed at the individual rate of $200.
