I provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can feel heard and valued. I work with children, teens, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I am also passionate about supporting individuals who feel stuck in patterns of negative self-talk, low self-esteem, or a difficult relationship with food and body image. I approach these concerns from a Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed perspective, honoring the inherent dignity of all bodies and supporting clients in building more peaceful, accepting relationships with themselves.
